Form Protein Bar
We believe business should be a force for good – meaning we’re good for you and good for others too.
These are the best protein bars I’ve had, when compared to other brands, these don’t cause digestion issues and taste really good. At 15g of protein per bar and very low sugar, they’re really palatable and pair nicely with a Form protein shake for a great post workout snack.
I opted for the peanut flavour, but will try the salted caramel next.

I think when it comes to protein bars you have to have realistic expectations. It won’t taste like a chocolate bar or dessert because you don’t want those sugars and additives, it can’t have the nutritional profile of a shake and a protein bar that cheap is cheap for a reason.. So to get a bar that taste good, has a reasonable nutritional profile, no stomach issues is great.
My first try of form protein bars, I’ve removed dairy and now gluten from my diet to help with digestion and reduce inflammation, I have to say I love them, I have chosen peanut and it feels like a real treat but I know I’m still eating well and feel full and satisfied, post workout or something to grab when working all day. I will order again thank you
Having tried competing protein bars, I was so excited to dig into Form’s two flavours. Sadly, as also highlighted by others, the bars are powdery and on the dry side. Overall, the flavours are nicely balanced and satisfying. I was wondering if it was just a batch issue that I was unfortunate to receive, but it seems like the powdery dryness of the bars is the intended recipe which is a huge shame. These bars have a lot of potential if that’s addressed. Overall, I’m glad I gave them a go.
