Maybe it was just my luck, but the one night that I took these, I was woken up in the middle of the night from a distressing dream. I managed to fall asleep, only to be woken up again by another disturbing dream. Luckily, it was the weekend, and I could sleep in. I did wake up well-rested, so there’s no complaint about that. Though I am sorry to say that I don’t feel like taking the supplements again. Those nightmares could have been a one-off. But the benefit doesn’t seem to be worth the risk.

Hi James, thank you so much for your email and feedback. We’re so sorry about this. The capsules are filled and counted on an automated line, there are two steps to make sure it gets the correct number. First an optical sensor counts them into the jar, later a check weigher weighs them to ensure the full jar weighs the correct amount. So I can only assume on of the above processes failed. We are raising this with our production team to investigate and see if we can identify and improve what might have gone wrong. Zzzzs capsules just arrived – supposed to be 30 capsules in the bottle – only 28. Checked and counted three times. Very unimpressed indeed. Is the quality control any better than quantity checking? First order and feel most let down.

game changer. I don’t have problems with falling asleep but I often wake up in the middle of the night or sleep poorly. ZZZZs are helping me to have an entire night of deep sleep. Love it
