I’m pleased to say the outcome was quite the opposite, they gave me a nice subtle energy boost without the uncomfortable caffeine jitters or crashes. I felt way more focused on my tasks in general and gave me the lift I needed to get it done in the gym. I used mine alongside Egde which seems to work really well.
