Great to get both high fibre and high protein in the same product. It has a pleasant sweetness but isn’t too sweet and the caramel nicely balances the more healthy tasting bottom half.

I really like the contrast between the crunchy chocolate outer layer and the caramel topping.

I found these bars to be a perfect balance between healthy ingredients and getting the taste and texture right, there’s a decent amount of protein in them and they’re just the right size to keep me going through the morning after a workout.

I rather enjoy them, and I intend to subscribe
